CONSELHO MUNICIPAL DE MEIO AMBIENTE EMPOSSA NOVOS MEMBROS E ELEGE PRESID\u00caNCIA DO BI\u00caNIO 2021-2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel organizou no \u00faltimo dia 23, a primeira reuni\u00e3o do ano de 2021 do Conselho Municipal de Meio Ambiente \u2013 CODEMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O conselho \u00e9 composto por 10 (dez) membros, representado pela Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel; Empresa de Assist\u00eancia T\u00e9cnica e Extens\u00e3o Rural \u2013 EMATER-MG; Secretaria Municipal de Urbanismo; Secretaria Municipal de Esportes, Lazer, Cultura e Turismo; Servi\u00e7o Aut\u00f4nomo de \u00c1gua e Esgoto \u2013 SAAE; Sindicato dos Produtores Rurais de Pimenta-MG; Grupo Escoteiros Monsenhor Ivo Soares de Matos; Rotary Club de Pimenta; Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Catadores de Recicl\u00e1veis de Pimenta \u2013 ASCREPI e Loja Ma\u00e7\u00f4nica Mestres do Lago, respeitando assim a representa\u00e7\u00e3o parit\u00e1ria entre o Poder P\u00fablico e a Sociedade Civil organizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todos os membros titulares do Conselho foram apresentados e empossados. A Pol\u00edtica Municipal de Meio Ambiente, regida pela Lei n\u00ba 1.762\/2018, foi apresentada e teve seus principais e relevantes artigos discutidos. Outro ponto importante da reuni\u00e3o foi a elei\u00e7\u00e3o da Presid\u00eancia do Conselho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por unanimidade, foi eleita para Presid\u00eancia do Conselho, a Engenheira Ambiental Shaiana Jaciara Silva, representante da Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel. A vice-presid\u00eancia do Conselho, ficou a cargo do secret\u00e1rio Paulo S\u00e9rgio Esteves, representante da Secretaria Municipal de Esportes, Lazer, Cultura e Turismo (SECTUR) As fun\u00e7\u00f5es da Secretaria Executiva do Conselho ser\u00e3o exercidas pelo Engenheiro Ambiental Marco Aur\u00e9lio da Costa Cruz, servidor p\u00fablico municipal, subordinado a Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O CODEMA \u00e9 institu\u00eddo como \u00f3rg\u00e3o colegiado, parit\u00e1rio, normativo, consultivo de assessoramento ao Poder Executivo Municipal e deliberativo no \u00e2mbito de sua compet\u00eancia sobre as quest\u00f5es ambientais propostas nas leis correlatadas do munic\u00edpio. As reuni\u00f5es do conselho ocorrem mensalmente, na \u00faltima quinta-feira do m\u00eas, no pr\u00e9dio principal da Prefeitura Municipal de Pimenta e podem ser acompanhadas por qualquer cidad\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
